The Monk Sushi Conveyor is manufactured to a very high specification in polished stainless steel.  It is made in modular sections that can be easily assembled to suit a specific restaurant arrangement. The ‘crescent’ chain used in our conveyors is moulded in polyoxymethylene which is a certified food grade plastic, it allows a very small turning radius at any angle and is very smooth and quiet running, the chain guides are manufactured from a special high molecular weight polyethylene. This provides super low co-efficient of friction.  A unique innovation is the scratch resistant polycarbonate self-adhesive surface of the chain.  The standard colour is silver but it can be supplied in a number of colours and can be printed in an image of your design.  It will last a long time but can be easily replaced when worn to keep the conveyor looking like new. We use a very low power drive motor; it only uses 150 watts to run a typical conveyor.  Our drives are very reliable but we can also offer an emergency backup system so that the conveyor need never stop.  We pay a lot of attention to hygiene in our designs; all our conveyors are easy to keep clean. Support stands made from our extruded aluminium frame building system.  This makes the supports light but very strong.  It is also very easy to extend the conveyor or change the layout in the future.  The base can be clad to match your décor; common materials are white or black acrylic, veneered plywood etc.  Installations can be carried out in the shortest possible time due to our modular design.  Conveyors are delivered in modular sections ready to be fitted together by our engineers.
